Annual General Meeting
Wednesday 28th May 2025, 7.30pm at
Mundford Village Hall
All inhabitants of the Parish of Mundford and its immediate vicinity of eighteen years and upwards are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.

All committee members (the Charity’s Trustees) retire at the end of the AGM together but may be re-elected or re-appointed.
The Village Hall is run completely by volunteers. It is well used both by regular groups and other hirers, both during the week and at weekends.
We need help to keep this important village facility up and running. Can you volunteer? Either by becoming a Trustee (we meet monthly) or by helping on an ad hoc basis. We’d love to hear from you. Please contact us. More volunteers mean we can continue our work to raise funds and to improve the Hall and its facilities.
