The Mundford Village Hall 100 club began in 2007, with the aim of raising funds for the Village Hall and its improvements. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the number of renewals and new members has dropped significantly. After discussion, the Trustees decided that it is no longer viable to run, due to the declining numbers resulting in lower prize values and the significant volunteer time spent running it.
The 24 remaining members of the 100 Club were notified and informed of any refund due to them, after the final draw had been held in July 2022.
A total of £174 from the refunds was donated back to the village hall. Thank you for these donations. The Trustees have decided to add this money to our play area fund as we have plans to make some improvements to this area.
The Trustees would like to thank all 100 Club members past and present for your contributions over the years, which have helped with many improvements at the hall and we hope that you will continue to support our future fundraising activities.
